With its solid (freijo) wood structure and upholstered seat and back, the Barca chair, remarkably comfortable with its organic, soft-lined design, is formed by two main elements: its base, made out of solid freijo with light and elegant contours of weel-thrown wood, and its shell, shaped in fiberglass and stuffed. While in the base its curved wood confers density to the light outlines of the design, in the shell the fluid shapes of the volume confer weightlessness to it. The ergonomy of the Barca chair, developed and furthened throughout last year with the execution of a series of prototypes, provides the user a seating at the same time cozy and fisically correct.
